Initial public issue of upto 17,14,800 equity shares of face value of
Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Srigee DLM Limited (the "Company" or "SRIGEE" or "Issuer") at an issue price of [*] per equity share (including a Share Premium of Rs. [*] per Equity Share) for cash, aggregating up to
