No Entry/Exit Load or Lock in Period

The PMS has no entry or exit load and also no lock in period. The PMS can be completely liquidated by the client at any time.

Minimum Portfolio Amount

Minimum amount required for starting PMS is Rs.50 lakhs, as per SEBI regulations. You can also give your existing shares as capital and the same will be valued at market rate.

TAXation

Short term capital gain tax (shares held for less than 1 year) - 20%
Long term capital gain tax – 12.5 % (1.25 Lakh exemption)
Company does not deduct tax at source.
Annual Audited Report will be provided for Tax purposes.

MANAGEMENT FEE

- Option I
2.5% flat fee on average Net Asset value(NAV)
- Option II
Fee of 1.25% on NAV + a share of 15% on profits above 10%
1.25% fee is debited on average daily NAV. Additionally 15 % of profit is taken as fees on profits above 10%. This charge on profit is calculated after deducting 1.25% annual fees payable to CAPSTOCKS.
The fixed fees will be charged at the end of the quarter & profit sharing fee will be charged at the end of the financial year or termination of the PMS agreement whichever is earlier.
