Initial public offering of 26,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited ("Gargi" or "The Company" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 30/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 20/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating Rs. 7.80 croress ("The Issue") of which 1,36,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.41 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 24,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 30/- per equity share aggregating Rs. 7.39 croress ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.59% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
