Initial public offering of 235,294,117* equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of JSW Infrastructure Limited ("The Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 119 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 117 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 2800.00 crores ("Issue"). The issue shall constitute 11.20% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. *Subject to finalisation of the basis of allotment.
