Initial public offer of upto 42,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("the Equity Shares") of Dar Credit & Capital Limited (the "Company" or "DCCL" or "Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. The floor price is 5.7 times of the face value of the equity share and cap price is 6 times of the face value of the equity shares.

Bids can be made for a minimum of 2000 per equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
