Initial public offer of up to 57,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Zelio E-Mobility Limited ("the Company" or "the Issuer") at an offer price of Rs. The floor price is 12.90 times times the face value and cap price is 13.60 times of the face value of the equity shares.
