Initial public offer of upto 14,52,800* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Vama Wovenfab Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at an offer price of Rs. 324-341 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 547.07-49.54 Crore comprising of a fresh offer of upto 14,52,800* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 547.07-49.54 Crore ("Fresh Offer"). The offer includes a reservation of upto 72,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/-each, at an offer price of Rs. 34-341 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 2.36-2.48 Crore will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of upto 13,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 324-341 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 44.7-47.06 Crore is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 28.00% and 26.59% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10/-each. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company. Price Band: Rs. 324.00 to Rs. 341.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each. The floor price is 32.4 times the face value of the equity shares and cap price is 34.1 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum two lots of 400 equity shares and in multiples of 400 equity shares thereafter.
