Initial public offering of up to 11,881,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Technocraft Ventures Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 200-212 per equity share ("Offer Price") (Including a Premium of Rs. 190-202 per Equity Share) aggregating up to Rs. 237.62-251.88 Crores (the "Offer"). The offer comprises of a fresh issue of up to 9,505,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 190.1-201.51 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 2,376,000 equity shares by Kartikey Constructions (Partnership Firm) (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder") and referred to as, the "Selling Shareholder" (the "Offer for Sale"). Price Band: Rs. 200 to Rs. 212 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 20 times of the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 21.20 times of the face value of the equity shares.
