Initial public offering of up to 2,09,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Rajputana Stainless Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.122.00 per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs. 112.00 per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 254.98 crores comprising a fresh issue of up to 1,46,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating up to Rs.178.73 crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 62,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating up to Rs. 76.25 crores ("Offered Shares") by Shankarlal Deepchand Mehta (The "Selling Shareholder" or "Promoter Selling Shareholder"), ("Offer for Sale", together with the fresh issue, the "Offer").
