Initial public offering of up to 85,365,853 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of Lumino Industries Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.82 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 700.00 Crores ( the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 60,975,609 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each by the company aggregating up to Rs. 500.00 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 24,390,244 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 200.00 Crores comprising up to 18,292,682 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 150.00 Crores by devendra goel and up to 6,097,560 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 50.00 Crores by Jay Goel (Devendra Goel and Jay Goel, together the "Promoter Selling Shareholders") and such offer by the promoter selling shareholders, the "Offer For Sale").
The offer includes a reservation of up to 1,219,512 equity shares of face value Rs. 5 each (constituting up to [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating up to Rs. 10.00 Crores for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". Price Band: Rs. 78 to Rs. 82 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.
The floor price is 15.60 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 16.40 times the face value of the equity shares.
