Initial public offer Upto 50,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Finbud Financial Services Limited (Formerly known as Finbud Financial Services Private Limited) (the "Company" or "Issuer") at an issue price of Rs.
