Initial public offering of 7,207,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (the "Equity Shares") of EAAA India Alternatives Limited (the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.1665 per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs.1200.00 Crores (the "Offer") comprising an offer for sale of 7,207,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 aggregating up to Rs. 1200.00 Crores by Edelweiss Securities and Investments Private Limited (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder", and such offer for sale, the "Offer For Sale", and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares"). The offer shall constitute [*] % of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 1,585 to Rs. 1,665 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each. The floor price is 317 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 333 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 9 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each and in multiples of 9 equity shares thereafter.
