Initial public offering up to 46,76,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Cash UR Drive Marketing Limited ("CUDML" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 2,07,000 equity shares by Parveen K Khanna ("the Promoter" or "the Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs.
