Info Systems Limited ('Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 1,033 per equity share through an offer for sale of 10,063,945* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1039.61* crores by the selling shareholders ("Offer"), comprising 4,251,044* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 439.13* crores by Rashmi Verma (The "Individual Selling Shareholder"), 2,701,407* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 279.05* crores by Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.,1,369,961* equity shares aggregating to
Rs. 141.52* crores by Zenrin Co., Ltd.
