Initial public offering of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (Equity Shares) of anand rathi share and stock brokers limited (the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating up to Rs. 745.00 crores (Issue). The issue may include a reservation of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 10.00 crores (Constituting [*]% of the Post-Issue Equity Share Capital), for subscription by eligible employees (Employee Reservation Portion). The company may, in consultation with the brlms, offer a discount of up to [*]% of the issue price (Equivalent of Rs. [*] per Equity Share) to the eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion (Employee Discount), subject to necessary approvals as may be required. The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the `Net Issue'.
