Initial public offer of 21,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Gensol Engineering Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 83 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 73 per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 17.93 Crores (the "issue").
