Initial public offering of up to upto 53,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of NSB BPO Solutions Limited ("NSB BPO" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (the "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("The Offer"). Of the offer, 2,65,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The floor price is 14.00 times times the face value and cap price is 14.70 times of the face value of the equity shares.
