Initial public offering of 17,670,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of MSTC Limited ("the company") through an offer for sale by the President of India, acting through the ministry of steel, Government of India (the "selling shareholder") for cash at a price* of Rs. 120 per equity share (the "offer price"), aggregating to Rs. 211.04 Crores (the "offer"), The offer Includes a reservation of up 70,400 equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.81 Crores for subcription by eligible Employees for allocation and allotment on a proportionate basis to the eligible employees (as defined below), ("employee reservation portion"). The offer less employee reservation portion, if any, is referred to as the net offer.
